Return & Refunds Policy

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at support@jacquelyngifts.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement.
